The Stock Chiller™ line of products are manufactured and sold by Revolutionary Cooling Systems (RCS). They are designed for use in the food service industry to provide a fast, easy, safe, and sanitary way to chill liquid food products. A Stock Chiller system can meet the soup and stock chilling needs for both small restaurants and kitchens, to food commissaries and larger food production facilities. RCS is a research and development company with over 20 years of engineering experience in the fields of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics. The company develops products in conjunction with the Energy Research and Design Center at the Cooper Union. It has developed consumer products as well as commercial equipment. RCS also provides research and development services to other companies seeking its core expertise. Furthermore, RCS also provides field service for both residential and commercial buildings. The field service work includes all heating and cooling applications, duct work, engineering, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
