How It Works

The hot food is first partitioned into either a 2 or 5 Gallon Container.

The container is then sealed while the liquid food is hot.

Ice and water are added into the reservoir of the unit.

The container is placed horizontally into the chilling bay. The lid is closed and spray jet is put into position.

The unit rotates the container while spraying it with a jet of ice cold water. This process will evenly and rapidly chill the soup inside the container in minutes.

This video will take you step by step through the process.

After the container is chilled, the food can be transferred into another holding vessel, or simply stored inside the containers. The system was designed for food storage.

The container should be appropriately labeled before going into cold storage.
